Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

We make returns in the following cases:
• Error with the order by Moliclara
• The customer does not receive the package by mistake from the shipping company
For the following cases we do not make returns:
• If the nuts / product are in good condition and the customer no longer wants it for any reason.
• For lack of absence at the time of delivery of the package (the shipping company returns the package if the end customer has not been able to receive the package. The shipping company calls the customer or sends an SMS to the customer to meet at a specific time. If the shipping company cannot contact the customer, Moliclara is not responsible)
• Other cases where it was not an error on the part of Moliclara, S.L. or the shipping company.
• Any order that is returned after 30 days from shipment
• Any order that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

Late or Lost Refunds:
If you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially applied.

Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is paid.

Sale items:
Only regular price items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be paid.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return.

Once we receive the item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know of your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time of receipt of the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth more than €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring shipping.
